Good afternoon,

Attached please find a job posting for a Medical Scribe position in the Emergency Medicine Department at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) to share with potential candidates.

Dr. Rene Ramirez, Scribe Director for the Emergency Medicine Department at CRMC, has developed and heads up one of the most coveted scribe programs in the area based on acuity, pathology, teaching and research opportunities.

Candidates for the Medical Scribe position should be at least a Junior in College and have demonstrated a sincere interest in the field of medicine, via research/volunteer/extra-curricular activities. Freshmen/Sophomores are not quite ready to take on this type of role as their first two years of course work tend to be a bit heavy and they are still solidifying their long term career plans.

  *   Resume/CV
  *   A statement of intent (500 word max)
  *   A copy of their transcript-unofficial or DARS is acceptable
