The UC Merced Department of Medical Education will be offering a new two-part series of courses designed to support students interested in health professions. Please see descriptions of each course below:</div>

Students will dive into the current landscape of healthcare to better define their interests and goals. Topics include pathway planning, pre-health competencies, study skills, and contemporary health topics. Course format includes lectures, guest speakers,
panels, case studies, and discussions. Students will have the opportunity to join a mentorship program led by health professionals. </span></div>
