[Enviro-lunch] Enviro-Lunch Seminar Series _ Fall 2017

Hello everyone,
I hope you all are having a wonderful summer break.
As the Fall 2017 semester starts in a few days, we would like to announce that Enviro-Lunch Seminar Series will start from next Thursday (Aug. 24th).
The Enviro-lunch Seminar Series consists of informal and collegial sessions where faculty, visiting scholars, postdoctoral researchers, staff, and students have the opportunity to discuss their past and/or current research results and plans. We also welcome those interested in receiving feedback for research proposals or practicing presentations for qualifying exam, defense, or a conference.
Enviro-Lunch Seminar Series will be continuously held from 12pm to 1pm every Thursday. Typically, presentations will be approximately 45 minutes in duration with an additional 15 minutes for question/discussion sessions. We are encouraging speakers to arrive at the seminar room 10 minutes prior (11:50am) to ensure enough time for any set up needs. Organizers will ask speakers for talk title and abstract one week prior to their talk. Once received, announcement will be sent to the entire group. If you have new members in your labs that are not currently in the email list, please let us know and we will update the list as soon as possible.
