Now that I've got the correct address, here's the answer about whether we can invite non-UC staff members to this CKG.
Jerome, is it possible to add some new members?
Happy to help administer, or co-administer, and don't want to trouble you if there's a way I can do this.

Hi Zoe,
How exciting! If you need any updates made to the wiki for the CKG or need to have updated documents swap out, just let me know. As to non-UC staff members, this seems to be true of several CKGs. The only thing you will need to consider is maintaining UC confidentiality if any discussions of UC negotiations (such as for shared resources and new software) comes up in your CKG. Depending on how you manage your documents and listserv, you may also need to consider other methods for those members to access. Otherwise, I don't have any best practice recommendations. Please let me know if you have any other questions I can help with.
Btw, can you remind me what DH stands for?
Thanks!
Katie

Hi Katie,
A few librarians are interested in re-energizing the DH CKG. Our question has to do with membership. We would like to include DH library staff at Stanford and other non-UC institutions, e.g Getty. We note that other CKG have included members outside UC. May we just invite them to join snd maintain a list of these members? Any advice on best practices?
Thanks very much!! —Zoe Borovsky, UCLA.
