<p class="">Due to COVID, we realize that departments may have some new interest in online, hybrid and hyflex modalities for course offerings. UGC has agreed to reopen the submission window for Fall 2021 courses to submit course action supplemental form to
request alternative instructional delivery modes. The deadline has been extended until May 1<sup class="">st</sup><span class="x_Apple-converted-space"> </span>for Fall 2021 courses.</p>
