*New This Year* The instructional software request deadline for Fall 2021, Spring 2022, and Summer 2022 is Friday, June 11, 2021.

Please indicate your Instructional Software needs in the spreadsheet located here<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-ggJAEyv6xzclc-BmeSTZPHJS-qyTssN4_p3mE0JM3U/edit?usp=sharing>.“Instructional software” is defined as all software needs for courses held in computer labs, as well as courses that send their students to open computer labs in order to complete homework.

NOTE: UCM OIT reimages computer labs every semester – you must request allinstructional software you need for the next academic year, otherwise it will not be installed.

Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Please contact soe-scheduling at ucmerced.edu<mailto:soe-scheduling at ucmerced.edu> with questions and I will relay them to OIT.
